Rodrigo Gonzalez is a professional triathlete from Mexico who has earned 3 x World Cup gold medals, 1 x World Cup silver, 1 World Cup bronze and competed in the Elite men’s competition at the 2016 Summer Olympics. In 2018 Gonzalez crossed the finish line of the ITU World Triathlon Series race in Bermuda in fifth place among the world’s best triathletes. He continues to compete at the top level and is aiming to qualify and represent Mexico at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
