After putting together an impressively consistent season in 2025, Germany' Lisa Tertsch was crowned World Champion after winning the Championship Finals in Wollongong. Gold in the year's opener in Abu Dhabi, gold in Australia, and some sparkling performances across all eight Series races, the German star was able to rise from 4th place to leapfrog Jeanne Lehair, Cassandre Beaugrand and Beth Potter, taking the title on a dramatic final day.
At Paris 2024, Lisa won Olympic gold as part of the German Mixed Team Relay squad.
