Before the 16th Guangzhou Asian Games, there was ITU level 2 Technical Officials seminar. It was very good opportunities for 24 TOs to over look all respects of recent technical issues. Thanos Nikopoulos, ITU Technical operation manager, had presentation for two days(November 10th to 11th). He provided job descriptions to all the TOs and explained each TO's roles in every section of felid of play. The seminar help the Asian Games recorded as one of the most successful events in Asia. This weekend ITU level 1 & level 2 Technical Officials Seminar will be held in Incheon again. About 70 participants from 7 Asian countries will take part in the upcomming 2 seminars.
