DO I OR MY TEAM MEMBERS NEED A VISA? PLEASE NOTE: If you are a citizen from one of the following European countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, 'Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus', Ukraine (or qualify for the European Championships because you are resident in Europe but a citizen from many countries from farther afield) .....then your athletes will need a visa. Unfortunately, the United Kingdom does not recognise Schengen visas, but of course all EU member countries & EEA countries are treated as in all other EU countries. All details are on the UKVISAS website and if you require any assistance please contact either Katherine Brand (katherinebrand@britishtriathlon.org) at British Triathlon to help you. It will require you to fill in forms and submit them to your local British Embassy or Mission overseas.
