The event is part of the week long triathlon festival, called TriWeek. The format of the ITU Triathlon World Cup is new on the ITU circuit. The athletes will do a semi-final on Saturday and the final on Sunday as of chapter 19 of the ITU Competition Rules. Prize money distribution.
