Course familiarisations: • Swim course familiarization: 0800 Thursday 18 July Athlete registration and briefing – Thursday 18 July • Athlete Registration: 1730hrs, Thursday 18 July • Athlete Briefing: 1800hrs, Thursday 19 July Race day schedule: Aquathlon • 0630 – 0730 Check in and registration at Athletes Lounge • 0700 – 0745 Transition open for athletes • 0715 – 0745 Swim warmup available • 0750 Elite women athlete assembly and introductions • 0800 Elite Women’s Aquathlon race start • 0810 Elite Men’s Aquathlon • 1000 Elite men medal presentations • 1010 Elite women medal presentations • 1020 Team medal presentations Team events: The team event is run concurrently with the individual events. Medals are awarded based on the sum of the three team members’ individual race time. A team shall consist of three members, with at least one member being a woman.
