Stadstriathlon Weert 2019

During the 10th anniversary of the Stadstriathlon Weert, Weert will host the ETU Triathlon European Championships! Because of the 10th anniversary the event will be held not 1 weekend, but 2 weekend long! The first weekend, on 31th May, 1st and 2nd June 2019, the ETU Triathlon European Championships will be held. During the 2nd weekend, on 7th, 8th, and 9th June 2019, the event focusses on National, local and school races.

Strike public transport 28th May 2019

Please take note of the fact that on May 28th 2019 the majority of public transport will be on strike! The strike will occur for 24 hours. People have to rely on being closed from the early morning of May 28 to the beginning of Wednesday, May 29. We advise you to check your travel plans 24h before departure when travelling on May 28th to Weert. When travelling by train, please check the website of the Dutch Railways (NS): https://www.ns.nl/en/travel-information/current-situation-on-the-tracks. Travelling by bus please check the 9292 OV website: https://9292.nl/en

ITU Online Entry System

After consultation ITU Entries Department the decision was taken that the registration for the 2019 ETU Triathlon European Championships Weert will be done through the ITU Online Entry System. After the registration process is closed (60 days before the event), your NF will receive a list of athletes which registered and the invoice will be sent to all the NFs accordingly. For further questions concerning this procedure please contact ITU Entries via entries@triathlon.org.
