Travel & participation - Covid-19 restrictions COVID-19 continues to cause significant challenges which affect the travelling rules, depending on the country of origin or destination and the reasons for travelling. Please downlard the complete details "Travel & participation - Covid-19 restrictions.pdf" MANDATORY TRAVEL LETTER OF INVITATION Prior to the arrival to Italy foreign travellers participating in World Triathlon Winter Cup Asiago need to obtain a letter of invitation to enter Italy in compliance with the DPCM of Dec 3rd, 2020. The document will be issued only to athletes, coaches, sport delegations, technical officials, media, technical staff accredited for the World Triathlon event. To obtain the letter of invitation, please contact gabriellalorenzi@fitri.it and communicate: 1. Name and Surname as on your passport 2. Date of birth 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Passport number 6. Passport expiration date 7. Qualification (coach, athlete, etc.): as accredited on the WT online system 8. Name and address of your hotel while in Asiago 9. Date of arrival to Asiago 10. Date of departure from Asiago 12. Email address to receive the invitation letter If you need direct support with the Consular Authorities please send the above information to gabriellalorenzi@fitri.it specifying the references of the Embassy in order to process the consular protocol through the Italian National Olympic Committee. SWAB TEST : TRAVEL REQUIREMENT Travellers who need to undergo a Nasopharyngeal Swab test for their return journey from Asiago can reserve the service through the Local Organizing Committee. The service will be available on the race venue on Thursday 18th Feburary from 8:30 to 11:30 am The reservation is mandatory and must be sent to the email gabriellalorenzi@fitri.it before Friday 12th February, complete with: • Email address to receive the swab test result • Scan of the traveller’s passport • Service required: SARS-CoV-2 PCR test: €uro 110,00 result guaranteed on Friday 20th February - h12:00 Antigen Rapid Test: €uro 50,00 result guaranteed on Thursday 18th february Reservations after Friday 12th February will not be accepted Registration Registrations (entry) have to be completed exclusively through the National Federations via the World Triathlon online System (www.triathlon.org) before January 28, 2021. National Federations are responsible for entering their athletes and coaches through World Triathlon online system www.triathlon.org for all World Triathlon events. No exception admitted. Individual entries are not allowed. Please downlard the complete details "Registration procedures.pdf" Accreditations The LOC will provide all the organizing commette members, World Triathlon technical officials, athletes, coaches, VIPs, media, technical staff, volunteers, etc., with the official accreditation cards according to the World Triathlon Event Organiser’s Manual (EOM) and technical requirements, Accreditation cards for athletes and coaches will be handed out during the oficial registration after the race online briefing All the other accreditation cards will be distributed at the race office on the venue Only accredited people will be allowed to access certain venue areas. Accreditation cards are colour-coded and provide access to specific areas of the venue. Accredited people are requested to wear their accreditation cards at all times and to show them upon request Coaches and doctors will have to be registered through their National Federation via World Triathlon online registration system. Accreditations will be not handed out to anyone who is not previousely registered, Only one coach accreditation is allowed per Nation Accredited athletes and technical officials will have their body temperature checked, before the race.
