Visa: Visa regime of the Republic of Kazakhstan for foreign citizens is available on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Kazakhstan   For visa support please contact: asia-champ@triathlon.org.kz, nursultan.zharasov@triathlon.org.kz Transfer: Transfer from airport to official hotel will be provided by LOC Please submit your transfer request not later than September 6 (we need your flight information and quantity of delegation) Contact person: asia-champ@triathlon.org.kz, madina.kybyrbayeva@rixos.com   COVID-19: Starting from June 8th of 2022 passengers traveling from abroad to the Republic of Kazakhstan are not required to provide PCR test results, neither passports of vaccination. However, to ensure the safety of the participants, all the team members are required to provide negative PCR test taken not earlier than 72 hours before arrival to Kazakhstan.   The delegation members who need PCR testing before their departure to home country should send the flight itinerary and passport details to the following email: asia-champ@triathlon.org.kz, madina.kybyrbayeva@rixos.com The booking must be done before arrival to Kazakhstan. The PCR testing upon arrival to Rixos Water World Aktau Hotel will be required. Hotel Room isolation until the result is mandatory. The expenses are expected to be covered by delegations.
